Pinellas County Commissioner · District 3 At-Large
Vince Nowicki serves the people of Pinellas County as Commissioner for District 3, an at-large seat representing every resident of the county. Since taking office in November 2024, he has stood for careful stewardship of public money. He was the lone no vote on the FY2026 and FY2027 county budgets, which raised costs for residents through higher taxes, higher water and sewer rates, and higher beach parking fees. He serves on 10 county boards, from transit to early learning to housing. Vince works for the people, not the bureaucracy.
