Biography

Vince Nowicki is a small business owner and Pinellas County Commissioner who believes government should respect people’s time, protect their freedoms, and spend their tax dollars carefully.

A Pinellas County resident for more than 11 years, Vince lives in St. Petersburg, where he owns and operates a local real estate business. Running a business has shaped his approach to public service: balance the budget, solve problems, and take responsibility for the results.

Elected countywide in 2024 to the District 3 at-large seat on the Pinellas County Commission, Vince focuses on keeping taxes low, cutting wasteful spending, protecting personal privacy, and supporting public safety. He believes county government should be small, efficient, transparent, and accountable to the residents it serves.

Vince listens to people across Pinellas County and brings a straightforward, common-sense approach to their concerns. His commitment is simple: put residents first, ask hard questions, and make county government earn the public’s trust.
